Join us for an engaging and informative session with Joe Pitt-Rashid, Strategy and Policy Director for Defence Nuclear at the Ministry of Defence, who will provide an overview of the UK’s Defence Nuclear Organisation (DNO) and its critical work.
The session will explore how the DNO, established in 2016, manages the UK’s nuclear deterrent through the Defence Nuclear Enterprise (DNE), overseeing the design, maintenance, operation, and safe disposal of nuclear-armed submarines, warheads, and supporting infrastructure.
Joe will also share insights from his own career journey, including key lessons learned and practical advice for those at the early stages of their careers.
