Terri is a Diversity and Inclusion Advisor in the nuclear industry with a passion for making workplaces more accessible, inclusive, and effective for everyone. Drawing on over a decade of industry experience, alongside academic qualifications in psychology and mental health, Terri works with colleagues across the sector to improve understanding of accessibility, neurodiversity, and reasonable adjustments. As an autistic professional herself, she combines lived experience with practical workplace knowledge to deliver engaging, evidence-informed sessions that focus on real-world actions people can take to create positive change.
