In order to use BellaAI to its fullest and access all of our information, you must be logged in to your MyNI account.

BellaAI is a closed-system AI chatbot trained by the Nuclear Institute. It offers members access to information from our full library of resources as well as support for membership and events enquiries.   

Non-members and those who aren’t logged into MyNI when asking a question will receive a response from a more limited public library of resources.

If Bella cannot answer your question you can also consult our written FAQs  or contact the team.

By using BellaAI, you agree to these Terms of Use and to the Betty AI Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please refrain from using BellaAI.

Purpose and Limitations

BellaAI is designed to help Nuclear Institute members and visitors access information, resources, and guidance. It is not a substitute for professional judgment, personalised consultation, or expert advice. Users should verify important information independently.

Privacy and Data Handling 

BellaAI does not collect or store personal data by default. Conversations may be logged to improve the accuracy and coverage of NI’s content. Users should avoid entering personally identifiable information (PII). If you believe your data should be removed, please contact Nuclear Institute at membership@nuclearinst.com 

Intellectual Property 

All materials generated or provided by BellaAI, including logos, content, and responses, are the property of Nuclear Institute or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify this content without permission. 

Disclaimer of Warranties

BellaAI is provided “as is.” Nuclear Institute makes no warranties as to the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information provided. The organisation is not responsible for any decisions made based on BellaAI’s responses. 

Limitation of Liability 

Nuclear Institute shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use BellaAI. By using BellaAI, you agree to hold Nuclear Institute, its officers, agents, and employees harmless from all claims.

Modifications 

Nuclear Institute may modify these Terms of Use or BellaAI at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes. 

Governing Law 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom without regard to conflict of law principles. 

Special Notes 

Medical or Scientific Use: BellaAI provides general information and should not replace professional medical or scientific advice. 

Members-Only Access: When accessed behind a member login, content is limited to authorised users per Nuclear Institute’s membership policies. 

Data Integrations: When connected to systems such as a CRM, BellaAI follows Nuclear Institute’s privacy standards and does not store personal data outside those systems.
