Our Immediate Past President, Dame Fiona Rayment DBE OBE FNucI FREng, was named Best President at the 2026 Memcom Excellence Awards.
Speaking on the award, Fiona said: "It is a privilege to lead an organisation and I am immensely proud of the role that the Nuclear Institute plays in supporting of hugely talented industry professionals.
For me being a leader is about enabling people to be the best of themselves, whatever that is for them. I hope that’s what I do and perhaps it makes a difference in some small way. This award is only possible because of the brilliant people I work with".
The Memcom Excellence Awards celebrate outstanding work and achievement from across the membership sector. Announced at the InterContinental Park Lane in London, this year’s winners reflect the outstanding innovation, creativity and impact happening across the membership, association, charity and not-for-profit sectors.
