Racial Equality in Nuclear

Racial Equality in Nuclear

Racial Equality in Nuclear (REiN) is a grassroots, action-oriented coalition dedicated to the elimination of barriers that disallow ethnic communities, including communities of colour from thriving in the nuclear sector.

About REiN

Comprised of individuals who work in nuclear, REiN fosters a safe community of race and ethnicity diversity that breeds opportunity to challenge, change and grow at an individual and corporate level.

We aspire to augment corporate actions to progress racial and ethnicity equity in the workplace, through providing our expertise and lived experiences working across civil and defence nuclear. We can offer strategic advice on how to achieve your equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) goals as well as connect you to the networks and contacts who can help you find what you are looking for.

We have extensive experience in bringing disparate groups together to provide commitments to work towards shared goals, sharing best practise at networking events, and showcasing the best of EDI leadership through keynote speeches at conferences and panel discussions.

On an individual level, we encourage any interested volunteers to get in touch to find out more – we can offer excellent opportunities for personal development, a passionate community, and a deep sense of purpose.

Keep in touch by following our LinkedIn page. This is where we post our latest updates, event announcements including our REiN cafés, podcast releases and other volunteering opportunities!
