Project Management Special Interest Group

About

The Nuclear Project Management Special Interest Group (Nuclear PM SIG) is a joint initiative between the Nuclear Institute and Association for Project Management (APM).

Our ultimate goal is to enhance the competitiveness of the sector and restore confidence in the industry amongst government and public stakeholders, in support of the Nuclear Sector Deal aims.

We aim to add value to the nuclear industry by enhancing the development and understanding of project, programme and portfolio management (P3M) disciplines in the sector.

If you are passionate about projects and motivated to support the nuclear industry enhance its ability to deliver, then we would love to hear from you. Note that we are not just a place for project managers. For us, ‘project management’ encompasses any of the disciplines related to projects, programmes and portfolios including risk management, cost analysis, programme management, benefits management, PMO management, to name but a few.
