Women In Nuclear UK are hosting the ever popular speed mentoring event at the NDA Supply Chain Event on 3rd November 2016 in Manchester. Last year 100% of the mentees said they would be involved again!
How does it work? Mentees spend 4 minutes each discussing a chosen topic with each mentor in turn.
What are the aims? Opportunity for women in the industry to network and gain advice from industry experts on career paths and progression.
Mentee benefits? Gain knowledge to support personal development plans, networking forum, raising mentee profiles, develop a ‘mentoring’ relationship.
Mentor benefits: Contribute experience, ideas and skills to help develop others, personal development, honing listening, feedback and leadership skills.
