The goal of The Nuclear Project Management Special Interest Group (Nuclear PM SIG) is to enhance the competitiveness of the sector and promote the industry amongst government and public stakeholders.
We aim to add value to the nuclear industry by enhancing the development and understanding of project, programme and portfolio management (P3M) disciplines in the sector.
If you are passionate about projects and motivated to support the nuclear industry and enhance its ability to deliver, then we would love to hear from you. Note that we are not just a place for project managers. For us, ‘project management’ encompasses any of the disciplines related to projects, programmes and portfolios including risk management, cost analysis, programme management, benefits management, PMO management, to name but a few.
