This event will give you an insight into the challenges of nuclear decommissioning. The programme includes:

• Tour of the THORP Viewing gallery
• Tour of the Chemical Separation area
• Overview of the challenges of nuclear fuel decommissioning
• Insight career development at Sellafield Ltd
• Opportunities to meet other young nuclear professionals from other companies

Price for this event is as follows:

NI Member = £20

Non NI Member =£40

Please note that the transportation to Sellafield from the North East region, as well as refreshments are included in this day event.

Spaces to this event are limited and priority will be given the eligible YGN Members (under 37 years old). To reserve a place/register, please email ygn.northeast@nuclearinst.com with the attached Form 1 document completed. Additional information can be found in Form 2 and Form 3 attached documents.

Please note that registration will not be validated until the Form 1 completed by the applicant has been received. Registration to the event is open until 10 January 2018.

For security reasons this event will not be confirmed until full approval from Sellafield Ltd is gained i.e. all application forms received and approved.
