Imogen Campbell Grey
Imogen is the Environment & Sustainability Manager at RWM. She has a background in hazardous waste management, chemical spill response and environmental clean-ups across the world. Imogen has helped put sustainability on the map for the RWM implementing a standalone sustainability policy, building their first strategy from the ground up, setting annual and 5-year sustainability targets across the business and is currently developing an in-depth carbon management plan to futureproof the business.

 Robin Cowley
I have been a Waste Management Specialist in the Spent Fuel and Nuclear Materials team at RWM since October 2017.
I do a lot of work directly for the NDA Strategy and Technology team, but customers also include Sellafield Ltd, EdF Energy and the MoD.
Prior to joining RWM I worked at Sellafield Ltd. for nearly 5 years in support of the Analytical Services Programme, where I worked on analytical strategy to support High Hazard Reduction and future capability planning.
By training I’m an organic chemist with a PhD in antimalarial drug development.
I now live on the outskirts of Swindon with my wife of 9 years (who also works for RWM), two young children and an ever increasing collection of Lego.
