Women in Nuclear Wales are planning to host another exciting event on Wednesday 18th July on Anglesey to learn about the history and future of the nuclear industry in Wales, by visiting both the existing Wylfa power station and the new development of Wylfa Newydd, with presentations about the facilities and networking lunch focusing on career progression in the industry (particularly for women).
This is a FREE event which is open to all those interested in the nuclear industry in Wales. This event will be particularly beneficial to those new to the industry (e.g. recent graduates, career changers) or those with limited knowledge of decommissioning and nuclear new build.
As it is the case with all WiN events, the event is open to both women and men. Please note that as this event will involve visiting an existing nuclear license site, spaces are limited and there will be no last minute admissions.
