2018 YGN Introduction to Nuclear New Build

Date: 24-25 July 2018 2-day event featuring talks, a dinner and a site tour of Hinkley Point C.

Venue: National College for Nuclear, Cannington Campus, Cannington, Somerset, TA5 2LS.

Site Visit: Hinkley Point C Visitor Centre and Site.

The National College for Nuclear will host this year’s Young Generation Network ‘Introduction to Nuclear New Build’ seminar at their Cannington Campus on 24 and 25 July 2018. A series of lectures on day one will explore the considerations involved in building a new Nuclear Power Plant in the UK, will provide progress updates on several Nuclear New Build sites and will end in a dinner that will provide you a space to network with your peers. Day two will be give you an invaluable opportunity to see the hustle and bustle of development works on the Hinkley Point C site!
