Wood Group Tour of Laboratories

The YGN are pleased to present another event in our Technical Tour series. We will be offering a limited number of young nuclear professionals the opportunity to attend a visit of Wood Group Laboratories.
Attendees will be able to see a whole range of activities carried out by Wood Group on the Warrington site, including the Radiochemistry, Resin and EDF Laboratories, as well as the graphite rigs, robotic workshop and GEL, which houses the hot box dome and boiler spine and where fuel channel work is carried out. The tour will also go to Newton House where attendees can see the various engineering rigs and technical workshops.

The event is free with preference given to NI YGN members should the tour reach capacity.
