AMR's and SMR's for Lunch

There is a welcome growing consensus that there is no silver energy bullet to combat climate change. If we are to truly achieve net zero by 2050 then it is by all non-fossil fuel energy sources combining to meet the breadth of challenges that the UK faces. Within that landscape the potential roles of Small Modular Reactors (SMRs) and Advanced Modular Reactors (AMRs) can play are increasingly being recognised.

Our way of life is to be transformed by 2050 and all of the power plant needed to meet those energy needs are yet to be built. These two sessions are intended to give a brief insight into the safe reliable technology of SMRs and AMRs and their importance to our carbon free future.
