To join the GIS group (or the Digital SIG), become a Nuclear Institute member, visit your MyNI member area, go to the My Details & Interests tab and tick the relevant group in the Special Interest Groups section.

Geospatial Information System sub-group

The Geospatial Information System Special Interest Group (GIS SIG) exists to help develop a best practice Geospatial Information System (GIS) community within the nuclear industry. The vision is to continually evolve best practice between organisations through: knowledge sharing within the sector, and; knowledge transfer from other sectors.

This group recognises a specific, growing need within the industry, and supports the DIGSIG to embrace the wider digital skills and knowledge challenge.
